White Throat monitor – Varanus albigularis albigularis

This is a spectacular looking chunk of a monitor. He/she is about 4ft long and sturdy like a pit bull. I don’t know the sex for sure but based on head size it looks more female to me. No guarantees on sex.

Super well fed, maybe more than necessary. We have it on a healthy diet of lean meats, frozen quail, and eggs now.

Attitude leaves a little bit to be desired. This is a large monitor that can be potentially dangerous in inexperienced hands and will need a lot of space. Serious, experienced customers only please.
